Why per property and not per tech?
Property data is the unit of value in WetCheck — inspection history, system profiles, and marked spots accumulate per property over years. Techs come and go; the property record stays. Charging per property aligns our pricing with the actual value you get.
What counts as a "property"?
Any unique address you actively service. Properties under maintenance contract but currently inactive don't count against your cap — only properties with inspections logged in the last 90 days.
What if I have more than 200 properties?
You need an Enterprise contract. Larger multi-branch operations and regional commercial landscapers should reach out — we negotiate per-region pricing and volume discounts above 200 properties.
Do I need Aspire to use WetCheck?
No. WetCheck works standalone — generate reports, email clients, and track property history without any other software. Aspire integration is a bonus that pushes form data and PDFs back into your Aspire work tickets automatically.
Can I switch tiers later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade anytime. Prorated billing handles the math automatically.
